Please read the policies and rules below.

A deposit of 50% of your service total is required to reserve an appointment slot. The deposit will go towards your service.
Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE, so if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I respectfully request at least 24 hour notice to be able to transfer your deposit, any time after 24 hours your deposit will be forfeited.
If you are going to be late to your appointment please contact me and let me know, otherwise a LATE FEE of $10 will be applied.
If you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, I may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same fee will apply. I will do my very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.
NO CALL/NO SHOWS will forfeit the deposit and will have to pay the selected service(s) in full!
In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, please contact me asap to decide whether all or part of your cancellation or deposit fee may be applied to a future service.

Rules:

For any waxing services, your hair should at least be 1/4 inch (compare to a grain of rice). If you have shaved recently you would want to wait 4-6 weeks of hair growth for the best results.
Please refrain from bringing extra guests.
